Made with pink moscato, fresh fruit, cinnamon and mint, this cool cocktail is the perfect refresher.

Ingredients

Serves :
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced


  • 1 pear, peeled, cored, thinly sliced


  • 10 strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced


  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 750ml Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa, chilled


  • 80ml (1/3 cup) triple sec liqueur


  • Chilled lemonade, to serve


  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves


  • Ice cubes, to serve

Directions

  • Combine the orange, pear, strawberry and cinnamon in a large jug.
  • Add the moscato and triple sec liqueur. Top with lemonade and stir in the mint. Cover and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours to chill.
  • Add the ice cubes and serve.
