1 1/2 cups SunRice White Long Grain Rice
1 1/2 cups salt-reduced chicken stock
Directions
Rinse rice well under cold running water. Place rice and stock in a large saucepan. Cover. bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer partially covered, for 12-15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 minutes. Fluff rice witha fork to separate grains.
Allow rice to cool. Transfer to a shallow airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
