You will need a food processor for this recipe.
Directions
Process the sultanas in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the almond meal, cocoa powder, tahini and chia seeds and process until the mixture comes together. Roll 2-tsp portions of mixture into balls.
To decorate the truffles, place coconut, sesame seeds and extra cocoa powder on 3 separate plates. Roll each truffle in coconut, sesame seeds or cocoa powder.
