4 large carrots, unpeeled, ends trimmed
4 celery sticks, leaves attached, washed
1/2 beetroot, scrubbed
6 sprigs fresh continental parsley
4cm-piece fresh ginger, washed, unpeeled
Ice cubes, to serve
Directions
Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Use a juice extractor to process the carrot, celery, beetroot, parsley and ginger into a jug. Pour among glasses. Serve with ice, if desired.
