Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 1 lime, juice


  • 1 lemon, juice


  • 5 garlic cloves


  • 30 ml white vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp curry


  • 9 small red scotch bonnet, with seeds


  • 80 ml water


  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in blender and blend until you get a uniform sauce. Add water if needed.
