1 lime, juice
1 lemon, juice
5 garlic cloves
30 ml white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry
9 small red scotch bonnet, with seeds
80 ml water
2 tsp honey
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until you get a uniform sauce. Add water if needed.
