Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 dark red kidney beans


  • 1 (15 ounce) canlight red kiney beans


  • 1 black beans


  • 1 tomato juice


  • 1 crushed tomatoes


  • 1 yellow onion


  • 2 bay leaves


  • 2 ground cumin


  • 2 chili powder


  • salt and pepper


  • 1⁄4 vegan cheese

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into large stock pot stir well ( I don't drain or rinse any ingredients).
  • Cover bring to a boil, let boil for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce to a low simmer and cover
  • Stir and check taste ( may need extra seasoning ).
  • Top with vegan cheese and enjoy.
