Ingredients

Serves 24

  • 1⁄4 lb butter

  • 3ounces cream cheese

  • 1cup flour

  • 1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1tablespoon milk

  • 1⁄3 cup sugar

  • 1tablespoon butter

  • 1teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 well beaten egg

  • walnut halves orpecans, for topping

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

  • 02

    Mix together ingredients for crust, until soft dough forms, roll dough into small balls.

  • 03

    Press each ball into ungreased mini-muffin tin. Set aside.

    Place chocolate chips into double boiler to melt.

  • 05

    Add the milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla, stirring until smooth.

  • 06

    Remove from heat and blend in one well beaten egg.

  • 07

    Place about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into the crust and top it with a nut.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.
