3tablespoons olive oil
2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (14 ounce) candiced chili-ready tomatoes
1⁄8 cup pickled jalapeno pepper
1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna fish, drained
1 (14 ounce) can great northern beans, drained
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat, add garlic and saute for about a minute.
Add tomatoes, jalapenos, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmering boil, reduce heat to medium.
Stir in tuna and mix thoroughly.
Gently stir in Great Northern beans and heat through. Serve alone or over rice with a salad and garlic toast.
