Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 avocados (Over ripe)

  • 3cups milk

  • 3teaspoons sugar

  • 2tablespoons honey

  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract

  • mint leaf

Directions

    1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash it well.

  • 02

    2. Add a cup of water to the mashed avocados and put in the freezer overnight.

  • 03

    3. Blend all of the ingredients together to the consistency of a thick smoothie.

    4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
