2 butter
1 cumin seed
1⁄2 mustard seeds
1 garlic clove
1 ginger
1 beet
1teaspoon sambal powder
1 garam masala powder
1⁄4 peas
1 rice
1 salt
Directions
Melt butter in pan.
Add cumin and mustard seeds.
Add garlic and ginger; saute.
Add beets.
Cook on low until beets are tender; you may need to add a little water to prevent sticking.
