This recipe comes from my second mother's family, passed down generation to generation. Her maiden name is Bullett.

Ingredients
Serves 9
1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
2cups sugar
4 eggs
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1cup flour
1cup walnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Beat together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa.
Sift in flour.
Stir in walnuts if desired.
Pour into an 8 x 8 greased brownie pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
