This recipe comes from my second mother's family, passed down generation to generation. Her maiden name is Bullett.

Ingredients

Serves : 9
  • 1⁄2 butter
  • 2 sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 flour
  • 1 walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Beat together butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa.
  • Sift in flour.
  • Stir in walnuts if desired.
  • Pour into an 8 x 8 greased brownie pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
