Got this recipe from a woman I used to work with. Now my signature Christmas Cookie. Rodelle Vanilla makes them the best tasting. We prefer Pecans to Walnuts. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Serves : 60
4 flour
1⁄4 salt
3⁄4 sugar
1 butter
4 vanilla
4cups nuts, chopped
powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Soften Butter.
Chop nuts (I use the food processor).
Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Kneed like pie dough.
Roll into balls in the palms of your hands.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet (they don't spread).
Bake 10 -12 minutes until bottom is ligntly golden (NOT BROWN).
Roll in powdered sugar when hot and before serving.
