Ingredients

Serves 4-6

  • 1 seedless European cucumber

  • 1tablespoon parsley

  • 2⁄3 cup white vinegar

  • 2⁄3 cup cold water

  • 3 1⁄2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Slice the cucumber thin with a sharp knife.

  • 02

    Mix the dressing ingredients well and pour over cucumber slices in serving bowl.

  • 03

    Refrigerate for at least an hour.

  • 04

    Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
