  • 1 kidney beans


  • 1 pinto beans


  • 1 black-eyed peas


  • 1 frozen corn


  • 1 red bell pepper


  • 1 celery


  • 2 green onions


  • 2 garlic cloves


  • 2 fresh parsley


  • 3 lemon juice


  • 2 olive oil


  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Use your choice of beans.
  • Rinse the canned beans real well.
  • Add your choice of vegetables or your own vinaigrette.
