Ingredients

Serves 1 1/2

  • 1 (10 ounce) can pitted black olives

  • 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3tablespoons capers

  • 1tablespoon basil, slivered

  • 1tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water.

  • 02

    Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor(mini on is just right).ยจ.

    Process to combine stopping to scrape down sides of bowl until mixture becomes a coarse paste app 1 to 2 minutes.

  • 04

    Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
