2tablespoons smooth cashew butter (almond butter works too)
1large garlic clove
1⁄3 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup lemon juice
1teaspoon black pepper
1teaspoon coriander
1teaspoon cumin
1teaspoon fennel seed
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3tablespoons water
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
