These shakes can be a fast snack or lunch. You can change the type of fruit as well such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or chunks of pineapple and banana instead.

1 1⁄4 cups plain yogurt
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
2⁄3 cup milk
2⁄3 cup crushed ice
In blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process mixture until smooth and thickened.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with whole strawberries.
