Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1lb boneless pork loin (cubed)

  • 1 (20 ounce) jar salsa

  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 1cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream

Directions

    Put pork, salsa, chillis in cockpot. Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.

  • 02

    Stir in beans and cook about 5 mins more.

  • 03

    Serve over rice with shredded cheese and sour cream.
