  • 1⁄4 honey
  • 1⁄2 orange zest
  • 2 ham steaks

Directions

  • In a small bowl combine mustard, honey and orange zest.
  • Brush over one side of ham.
  • Grill uncovered over medium hot coals for 6-7 minutes.
  • Turn; brush other side.
  • Cook for additional 5-6 minutes.
