Although this is listed as a dessert in Sunset Magazine (February 2008) I like it better for breakfast. I heat it up in the microwave for one minute or so and top with the yogurt -- yummy low cal/low point breakfast. I figure this is 4 points (if following the WW flex plan), using regular brown sugar, but I used Spenda brown sugar blend which worked out fine. However, the Spenda dosen't seem to melt as easily under the broiler, but melted just fine in the micowave for breakfast.
