I love smoothies and can't wait to try this one. It will also help you use up some of that leftover buttermilk! From TOH Everyday Light Meals.

1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2cups ice cubes
2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
1⁄4 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
