Got this marinade recipe from my mom. It's really easy and tastes great. Recommend marinating for at least an hour before cooking--we like to use this marinade when we grill during the summer.

Ingredients

Serves : 4-6
  • 1⁄2 paprika
  • 1⁄4 soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 red wine vinegar
  • 2 worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 ginger
  • 1 garlic

Directions

  • Mix ingredents well. Put steak in shallow dish and pour marinade over, coating thoroughly. Marinate meat in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Grill/cook as desired.
