Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, cubed

  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

  • 2tablespoons pineapple juice, from the canned fruit

  • 1tablespoon lime zest

  • 1⁄4 cup lime juice

  • 1tablespoon macadamia nuts, finely chopped

Directions

    Combine mango, pineapple, lime zest, and juices.

  • 02

    Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (optional).

  • 03

    Garnish with the chopped macadamia nuts and thinly sliced lime or a dallop of plain yogurt.
