5 eggs
5tablespoons sugar
30ml coffee
250g Savoiardi cookies
100g chocolate
Directions
mix the red part of egg with sugar
add mascarpone
beat the egg whites until stiff
add part one with part three obtening a cream
put cookies (savoiardo in coffee)
put in a holder cookies wet with coffee, then cream and chocolate grated.
