A cherry ripe is a chocolate covered cherry, coconut bar here in Australia, one of my favourites. This cocktail doesn't really taste like the chocolate bar but is still yummy!

Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 30 cherry brandy
  • 30 malibu rum
  • 30ml Tia Maria
  • 60ml cream
  • 4 dark cherries
  • ice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Garnish with a piece of cherry ripe.
