Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup orange juice

  • 1 1⁄2 cups nonfat yogurt (your choice of flavour)

  • 1tablespoon honey

  • 3 -4cups frozen strawberries (or other fruits)

Directions

    Place all ingredients (liquids first) into a blender.

    Blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, this may require you to stop blending momentarily to mix the ingredients with a spoon.
