1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2tablespoons butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate.
Mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
