Found this in a magazine from the local grocery store. Posted here for safekeeping - haven't tried yet. Made in the Microwave!

Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1 artichoke hearts
  • 2 butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1⁄4 parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Directions

  • Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate.
  • Mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
