  • 1⁄4 maraschino cherry
  • 1 maraschino cherry juice
  • 1⁄3 butter
  • 1⁄3 light corn syrup
  • 1⁄2 salt
  • chocolate

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients till smooth.
  • Freeze till firm and easy to work with.
  • Working quickly form into small balls and flatten slightly.
  • Freeze again.
  • When frozen, again working quickly dip in melted chocolate.
