Ingredients

  • 1kg icing sugar

  • 1⁄4 cup maraschino cherry, minced

  • 1tablespoon maraschino cherry juice

  • 1⁄3 cup butter, softened

  • 1⁄3 cup light corn syrup

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

  • chocolate

Directions

    Combine all ingredients till smooth.

  • 02

    Freeze till firm and easy to work with.

  • 03

    Working quickly form into small balls and flatten slightly.

  • 04

    Freeze again.

  • 05

    When frozen, again working quickly dip in melted chocolate.
