Ingredients

Serves : 10-12
  • 1 1⁄2 ground beef
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1⁄3 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tomato sauce
  • 1⁄8 worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄4 sour cream
  • 1 cottage cheese
  • 8 cream cheese
  • 8ounces noodles, cooked until tender

Directions

  • Brown beef with salt and pepper in a large pan. Add onion, peppers, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  • Place half of the noodles in a large buttered casserole dish. Add cheese mixture and cover with the remaining noodles. Top with beef mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
