Description

Never heard of buttermilk pie or even tried it. I do not like buttermilk, but this recipe has me convinced that it isn't so bad--it's great!

Ingredients

Serves : 16
  • 1 1⁄2 sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 flour
  • 1 vanilla
  • 3⁄4 buttermilk
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Directions

  • Mix together all above ingredients; pour into pie shells.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes.
  • Usually I let it get golden brown.
