Description

I have made thousands of these buns in the past 10 - 15 years. I have a large extended family and always get asked to do them for graduations, weddings and nearly every other family event. I do believe I could whip out 10 dozen with my eyes closed.

Ingredients

Serves : 24
  • 4 1⁄2 all-purpose flour
  • 4teaspoons yeast
  • 1⁄3 sugar
  • 1 salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup oil
  • 1 warm water

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in bread machine.
  • Mix on dough cycle.
  • Remove from bread pan and shape into 2 dozen dinner rolls.
  • Let rise.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and brush tops with oil or butter.
  • Cool on wire rack.
