Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 3⁄4 cup frozen blueberries (or any other frozen berries)

  • 1cup light soymilk

  • 2tablespoons protein powder (soy or rice)

  • 1small banana

  • 1tablespoon flax seed meal

Directions

  • 01

    Add frozen berries, soy milk to a blender.

  • 02

    Peel banana and break up into pieces and add to blender.

  • 03

    Add soy protein powder and flax meal to blender.

  • 04

    Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
