Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup rolled oats

  • 1⁄3 cup water

  • 1⁄3 cup skim milk

  • 1tablespoon honey, for topping

  • 1⁄3 cup skim milk, for topping as well

Directions

  • 01

    Mix first three ingredients together in a pot and cook until thick.

  • 02

    Place in a bowl and top with honey and skim milk.
