Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 4ounces butter or 4 ounces margarine

  • 1ounce powdered sugar

  • 4ounces all-purpose flour

Directions

  • 01

    mix butter and sugar until creamy.

  • 02

    add flour and beat together well.

  • 03

    put mix into piping bag and pipe into small paper fairy cake cases.

  • 04

    top with a glace cherry if you wish.

  • 05

    place on a baking sheet and cook for 10 to 15 mins in med oven until lightly golden in colour.

  • 06

    allow to cool before eating.
