Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 30 ground beef


  • 20 onions


  • 20 tomatoes


  • 20 broccoli


  • 2 brown rice


  • 1 salt

Directions

  • Minced onion, tomato and broccoli and set aside.
  • Add 350ml of water to the brown rice and bring it to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add minced vegetables and ground beef to the porridge and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste.
