Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1tablespoon oil

  • 2cups mushrooms (sliced)

  • 4cups water

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 (80 g) packages ramen noodles

  • 2tablespoons sherry wine

  • 1tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1dash Tabasco sauce

  • 1⁄2 cup green onion

Directions

  • 01

    Fry mushrooms, and garlic in oil.

  • 02

    Add water and the flavour packs from the instant noodles. Bring to a boil.

  • 03

    Add the noodles. Simmer 3 minutes.

  • 04

    Add onions and your choice of any garnishes.
