Ingredients

Serves : 4-6
  • 1 frying chickens
  • salt and pepper
  • flour

Directions

  • Cut frying chicken up in pieces.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Roll in flour.
  • Brown chicken in skillet.
  • After browining, put in open roaster at 325 degrees for 1 hour and it comes out really nice.
  • If in longer seems to get too crisp.
