Description

This delicious muesli has all the ingredients you'd need for a good homemade granola, but it's ever so much easier...no cooking, just stir it all together and leave it in the fridge overnight! It is thick, fruity, and filling -- I usually make it once every week for an easy, wholesome breakfast. Even better with some fresh fruit on top :-) Cook time is chilling time.

Ingredients

Serves : 2-3
  • 1 1⁄2 quick oats


  • 1 1⁄2 low-fat milk


  • 1⁄4 cup orange juice, plus


  • 2tablespoons orange juice


  • 1⁄2 raisins


  • 1⁄4 cup chopped dried apricot


  • 1⁄4 dried cranberries


  • 2tablespoons sliced almonds


  • 2 unsweetened coconut


  • 2 honey


  • 1 sunflower seeds


  • 1⁄4 ground cinnamon


  • 1⁄8 ground ginger

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
