Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2lbs fillet beef steaks, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

  • enough vegetable oil, to 1/2 fill your fondue pot

  • 2tablespoons spicy mustard

  • 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2tablespoons honey

  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1⁄3 cup brown sugar

  • 1cup ketchup

  • 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • hot sauce

  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream

  • 2teaspoons fresh garlic, minced

  • 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1teaspoon dried dill weed or 2 sprigs fresh dill

Directions

    Honey Mustard Sauce: Whisk all the ingredients together Serve warm or cold.

    Easy BBQ Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a pot& cook over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.

    Serve warm or cold.

    Garlic Dill Sauce: Mix all the ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
