Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 ounce protein powder

  • 1⁄2 cup applesauce

  • 1⁄3 teaspoon almond butter

  • cinnamon, to taste

Directions

  • 01

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • 02

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top (to your taste) and serve cold.
