Ingredients

  • 1lb fresh green beans or 1 lb carrots or 1 lb cauliflower or 1 lb broccoli or 1 lb onion (Any combination you prefer)

  • 3tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1⁄4 cup chicken stock

Directions

  • 01

    Slice and mix vegetable combo.Stirfry vegetables for 2 minutes in oil.

  • 02

    Add soy sauce,sugar and fry 1 minutes.

  • 03

    Add chicken broth,cover and steam for 8 minutes.
