Description

I thoroughly enjoyed this with black bean tacos. The combination of sweet, spicy, crunchy, and juicy was really nice. It was a bit of a bother to roast the onion and garlic, but I think that roasting improved the flavor of the salsa. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 serrano chili


  • 1 mango


  • 2 tamarind pulp


  • 1slice white onion, pan-roasted until brown and soft then diced


  • 1 garlic


  • 1 fresh cilantro


  • 1⁄2 raw red bell pepper

Directions

  • mix together all ingredients in a bowl, makes about 2 cups
