Ingredients

Serves : 4 serving
  • 1/2 Kilogram prawns


  • 1 Tablespoon kashmiri chilly powder


  • 1 Tablespoon pepper powder


  • 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • To Taste curry leaf


  • To Taste salt to tastemaker


  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil


  • 1 Tablespoon ginger finely chopped


  • 1 Tablespoon garlic finely chopped


  • To Taste curry leaf


  • 2 green chilly


  • 1/2 Cup shallots sliced


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 tomatos sliced


  • 1 Tablespoon kashmiri chilly powder


  • 1 Tablespoon pepper powder

Directions

  • Marinate the cleaned prawns with the ingredients mentioned. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour or in the fridge for max a day.
  • Shallow fry the prawns.
  • In the same oil add the ginger, garlic ,the curry leaves, green chillies, shallots, Onions and tomato one by one.
  • Add the chilly and pepper powder. Once the raw smell goes, add the fried prawn and saute well till the masala is coated nicely.
