Serves 4 serving
Take a pan and heat some oil in it.
Add onion and saute for a minute. Add mushrooms and saute again. Add bell peppers and saute for a minute
Add grated chicken, salt, oregano and parsley and roast it till there is no moisture in the masala. Keep roasting it on high flame.
Take cupcake tray and put a puff pastry sheet in each cup. Put the masala above the pastry and top it with lots of mozarella cheese.
Bake till cooked :)
PS: It tastes good when its hot.
