Ingredients

1 bunch kale leaves
2 tsps vinegar
to taste salt
black pepper
/any olive oiloil
Directions
Cut away the inner ribs of kale leaves and discard.
Wash them well. Keep aside until leaves are thoroughly dry.
Rub oil on leaves or give a gentle massage.
Take a baking dish,put all the leaves. Sprinkle some vinegar,salt and pepper.
Toss kale leaves, such that oil and salt are coated nicely.
Pre-heat oven at 300F/150C. Bake it for 10 minutes. You can check in between to make sure they are crisp.
