Ingredients

Serves : 2 serving
  • 1 bunch kale leaves


  • 2 tsps vinegar


  • to taste salt


  • black pepper


  • /any olive oiloil

Directions

  • Cut away the inner ribs of kale leaves and discard.
  • Wash them well. Keep aside until leaves are thoroughly dry.
  • Rub oil on leaves or give a gentle massage.
  • Take a baking dish,put all the leaves. Sprinkle some vinegar,salt and pepper.
  • Toss kale leaves, such that oil and salt are coated nicely.
  • Pre-heat oven at 300F/150C. Bake it for 10 minutes. You can check in between to make sure they are crisp.
