Soak the soya granules in warm water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain out the water and squeeze as much as water as possible from the soya granules.Now mince this in a food processor
Finely chop all the veggies(capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans and spring onion whites ) and microwave it on high for about 3 minutes
In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, pepper powder, soy sauce, Chicken stock cube,salt ,soya mince and all the finely chopped vegetables.Give it a good mix and make small balls from the mixture .
Heat oil in an aebleskive/appam pan and drop the dumplings in the oil and fry till it turns golden brown .(you can also deep fry the veg balls)
Heat oil in a large wok and once the oil is hot add the chopped garlic, green chillis and ginger and stir fry on high for a few second,next toss in the spring onion
Reduce to medium heat and add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 mts. Add the vegetable balls and stir fry for another 3 mts. They should retain their crunch
Turn off heat. Garnish with the chopped spring onion greens
