Ingredients

Serves : 4 serving
  • 1/4 Cup sesame seeds


  • 1/2 Cup honey


  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract


  • 2 Cups old-fashioned rolled oats


  • 1/2 Cup shredded coconut


  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° F.
  • Put the sesame seeds, honey, vanilla, oats, cinnamon, and coconut in a large bowl. Stir everything together till thoroughly mixed.
  • Spread onto a greased baking pan with a rim. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 15 minutes. Make sure to move everything around a couple of times with a spatula so that all the oats are evenly browned.
  • Once it is nicely browned, remove from oven. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
