Wash and peel vegetables..Cut into small pieces(potato,carrot,beans,tomato) ..(if u want u can include cauliflower ,green peas etc)
In a cooker add all these vegetable along with 1/2 of a big onion (sliced ) and water …
Cook until done..(one whistle is enough)
Let it cool down and open the cooker and set aside
Add all ingredients listed in masala paste into a blender and make a very fine paste
Add this paste to the cooked vegetable along with salt and allow to boil
Stir well until the boiling point .. Allow to thicken the gravy to a semi medium consistency
Then season with mustard seeds and curry leaves
Garnish with coriander leaves
