Peel & wash tapioca. Chop them into small size pieces.
Cook the tapioca pieces by adding enough water,along with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt till the tapioca becomes soft.
Thendrain it using a colander, keep it aside.
Grind coarsely grated coconut, green chillies, garlic, shallots, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
Now heat a vessel add the tapioca and the ground coconut mixture .Smash it nicely.cook for 4 mints.
Switch of the stove .add curry leaves and oil.
