Ingredients

Serves : 4 serving
  • 1 Kilogram tapioca


  • To Taste salt


  • 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric


  • 1/2 Cup coconutgrated


  • 4 greenchillies


  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic


  • curryleaves


  • coconut oil


  • 1/4 Teaspoon cumin seed


  • 3 shallot

Directions

  • Peel & wash tapioca. Chop them into small size pieces.
  • Cook the tapioca pieces by adding enough water,along with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt till the tapioca becomes soft.
  • Thendrain it using a colander, keep it aside.
  • Grind coarsely grated coconut, green chillies, garlic, shallots, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
  • Now heat a vessel add the tapioca and the ground coconut mixture .Smash it nicely.cook for 4 mints.
  • Switch of the stove .add curry leaves and oil.
