Ingredients

Serves :
  • 2 cups all purpose flour:
  • 4 egg whites:
  • 1 tbsp sugar:
  • 1 tbsp baking powder:
  • 1/4 tsp salt:
  • 1 3/4 cups milk:
  • 2 tbsps oil:

Directions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, salt, sugar and baking powder
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and then add the milk and oil to it and mix well
  • Add the wet ingredients to the flour bowl and mix until well combined
  • Finally! cook the waffles in your maker according to the makers instructions (should be very simple)
  • Serve your waffles along with maple syrup, maybe some stewed berries (cook berries with some sugar). Maybe add some whipped cream just to be naughty!
